By accessing or using our services (including our website, mobile applications, and eSIM products), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

Description of Service

Simless.pk provides digital eSIM services that allow access to mobile data networks without a physical SIM card. A compatible eSIM-supported and carrier-unlocked device is required. eSIM activation details are delivered via email, and connectivity is provided through local network operators in each destination.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM and is unlocked before purchase. While we provide compatibility guidance, final verification is your responsibility. Supported devices generally include newer iPhones, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy, and other eSIM-enabled smartphones.

Account Registration

You may be required to create an account using your email. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment and Billing

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prices are shown in USD or local currency. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, wallet credit, Reward Points, or a supported combination shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method and, where selected, deduct wallet credit or Reward Points from your account.

Wallet Credit and Reward Points

Wallet credits are account credits shown in USD and may be added by wallet top-ups, our admin team, or when support issues account credit instead of a card refund. Reward Points may be earned on completed eligible purchases and may be redeemed only when your balance meets the minimum redemption threshold shown at checkout. Reward earn/redeem values may change, but values are shown before you redeem. Wallet credits and Reward Points are not cash, not transferable (unless required by law), and may only be used for eligible purchases on our platform.

eSIM Activation and Usage

After purchase, you will receive a unique QR code for installation, which is typically valid for one-time use. Plans include defined validity periods and data allowances as stated at purchase. Unused data does not roll over and is not refundable.

Service performance may vary based on location, device, network conditions, and usage behavior. To maintain a consistent experience, Simless.pk may apply reasonable measures such as adjusting speeds or managing traffic where necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal activities.
• Share, resell, or transfer your eSIM to others without authorization.
• Use automated systems to access our services.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Use our services in a way that violates the terms of local mobile operators.

Service Availability and Network Coverage

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Network coverage, speeds, and service quality may vary depending on location, local carrier conditions, network congestion, and device compatibility. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by local mobile operators, network outages, or factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology associated with Simless.pk are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simless.pk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Unauthorized access to your data.
• Service interruptions or errors.
• Network coverage issues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the eSIM service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simless.pk from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined above.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and app, and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
