What we check before we tell you a plan is ready to buy.
Travel connectivity is not a place for vague promises. This page explains what Simless.pk verifies, what comes directly from a supplier catalogue, and where a traveller should still check the details that only the selected plan or device maker can confirm.
1. Plan facts come from the active catalogue
Price, allowance, validity, top-up availability, listed technologies and plan notes are taken from the active Simless catalogue. We refresh the published cache when plan data changes. If the live catalogue is temporarily unavailable, the site labels the last verified cache and makes clear that availability and the final price are confirmed before payment.
We do not treat a destination name as proof that every plan works everywhere in that country. Coverage, speed and roaming partners can vary by offer, device and location.
2. Device instructions are checked against primary documentation
For general eSIM technology we use the GSMA eSIM overview. Setup and compatibility advice is checked against the relevant device-maker documentation, including Apple’s eSIM setup guidance and Google Pixel’s SIM and eSIM guidance.
A compatible model is not enough on its own. The phone must be carrier-unlocked, and regional model differences can matter. We ask customers to use our compatibility checker and to verify their exact model before purchase.
3. Human review, updates and corrections
Guides are written for Pakistani travellers, students, pilgrims and people using imported phones. Before an article is materially updated, we check its links, plan references, setup instructions and any time-sensitive claims. We prefer a plain caveat over a confident statement we cannot verify.
If you spot an error, send the page URL and a supporting source to info@simless.pk. We review correction requests and update the page when the evidence supports a change.
4. What we will not claim
We do not publish invented speed tests, anonymous testimonials presented as evidence, undisclosed paid opinions, or carrier/coverage claims without a source. A support conversation can help someone choose a plan, but it is not proof of a network result. Real testing notes and customer stories are published only when we have permission and enough context to describe them honestly.
