We also collect device information (device model, operating system, unique device identifiers), network information (carrier, SIM card compatibility data), usage data (app interactions, features used), and where you consent analytics and advertising data collected automatically via cookies and tracking technologies. When you use our mobile app, we may access your device's SIM card information to verify eSIM compatibility.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to improve user experience, analyse traffic, and serve relevant advertising. You will be asked for your consent before any non-essential cookies are activated.

We currently use the following third-party services:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) - a tag-management platform that loads and manages our analytics and marketing scripts. GTM itself does not collect personal data, but the tags it manages (such as Google Analytics) may do so.
• Meta Pixel - an advertising and analytics tool operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records page visits and conversion events so we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant content on Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The data collected may include your IP address, browser information, and pages visited.
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) - used in our mobile app and, where applicable, our web platform to track user engagement and feature usage in an aggregated and anonymised manner.

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser local storage or using your browser's privacy settings. Withdrawing consent will stop new tracking but will not erase data already collected. You may also opt out of Meta advertising data collection at their respective ad settings and opt out of Google Analytics at Google's opt-out page.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. We may also store wallet credit balances, wallet transaction records, Reward Points balances, and Reward Points redemption records so you can use account credit or Reward Points on future purchases. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and improve our eSIM services
• process transactions and deliver eSIM activation codes
• verify device compatibility for eSIM technology

• detect and prevent fraud or technical issues
• analyze usage patterns to improve app performance and user experience

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating our platform (Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing)
• Mobile network operators to activate and provision your eSIM service
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. Payment transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Account information is retained until you request deletion. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with legal and tax requirements. Device and usage data is retained for up to 2 years for service improvement purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• access, update, or delete your personal information at any time
• opt-out of promotional communications (you will still receive transactional emails)
• request a copy of your data in a portable format
• withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time (clear your browser local storage or use the cookie banner when it re-appears after clearing)
• opt out of targeted advertising via Meta's ad settings or Google's opt-out tools
• manage app permissions in your device settings

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
